Lock icons

A padlock means security and privacy. Closed means protected or private, open means unlocked or public, and a lock with a key often labels passwords. A small lock next to a price or a payment form quietly reassures people that the page is secure. Keep it simple, as detailed locks lose their keyhole at small sizes.
