This is the pause settings 20 icon from Fluent UI System Icons, in its solid style. A gear reads as app settings. If you also have filters on the same screen, give them a different icon so the two don't get mixed up.
It's a solid shape on a 20 × 20 grid. Solid icons stay readable at small sizes and recolour cleanly.
