Use it
Where to paste it
- Gmail: Settings (gear) → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new, paste, then Save changes at the bottom.
- Outlook: Settings → Mail → Compose and reply (or File → Options → Mail → Signatures in the desktop app), paste, save.
- Apple Mail: Mail → Settings → Signatures → +, paste, and untick "Always match my default message font".
- Thunderbird: Account settings → tick "Use HTML" under Signature text, then paste the HTML code.
Leave a line empty to leave it out.

Which mail apps does it work in?
Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird and most others. Copy the signature and paste it into the app's signature settings.
Why is my logo missing in Gmail?
Gmail leaves out pictures stored inside a signature. Log in and we keep the logo picture online for you, or add a link to a logo on your own website.
Do I need an account?
No. Without one the logo still shows in Outlook and Apple Mail, and your signature is kept in this browser.
Can I use my own logo?
Yes. Make it in the logo maker first: the signature picks it up, with its colour.
