Questions
Are my files kept?
No. Word, Excel and PowerPoint files are sent to our server only to be converted and are deleted straight after. The PDF tools never upload anything: they work in your browser.
Will my Word file look the same as a PDF?
Yes, as long as it uses common fonts. Fonts like Calibri, Cambria, Arial and Times New Roman are matched by fonts of the same size, so lines and pages break in the same places.
Can I turn a PDF back into Word?
Yes. Editable mode rebuilds paragraphs and tables, and reads the words of scanned pages. Same look mode keeps every line exactly where it was, for designed pages and forms.
Is there a limit?
Up to 19 MB per document and a few dozen files every ten minutes. The PDF tools have no limit beyond what your device can handle.
