Questions
Can I make certificates for a whole class at once?
Yes. Write {name} in the text where the name goes, then paste the names in “Fill from a list”, one per line. You get one PDF with a page for each name, or a separate PDF for every person in a ZIP.
How do I add the course or team for each person?
Write a second field in the text, such as {course}, and put it after the name with a | sign, for example "Emily Smith | Web Design".
Can I add real signatures?
Yes. Upload a picture of each signature and place it on its line; a PNG with a transparent background looks best.
Do I need an account?
No. Make them and download them. The design stays in this browser; with an account it is also kept in My projects.
